<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back sheet for a solar cell, superior in scratch resistance, light resistance, humidity resistance, high transparency and adhesiveness, that is to be used for a double-sided light-receiving solar cell that employs an organic film having transparency. <P>SOLUTION: The back sheet for a solar cell which is such that a first easily adhering layer is stacked on one side of an organic film, a second easily adhering layer is stacked on top of the other surface of the organic film, and a hard coat layer is stacked on the first easily adhering layer.
