<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum double structure with stable heat insulating performance for every product. <P>SOLUTION: A recessed part 16 is provided on a first metal surface material (an outer side member 14), an exhaust hole 17 is formed on a bottom of the recessed part 16, a second metal surface material (an inner side member 11) is arranged in a denting direction of the recessed part 16 in the first metal surface material 14 to face the bottom of the recessed part 16 at a predetermined interval, a space 19 between the first and second metal surface materials 14, 11 is exhausted from the exhaust hole 17 by an exhaust means 33, electrodes 47, 49 are arranged in opposing positions with the recessed part 16 of the first metal surface material 14 and the recessed part 16 of the second metal surface material 11, and the bottom of the recessed part 16 of the first metal surface material 14 is joined to the second metal surface material 11 by resistance welding to seal the exhaust hole 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
