<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based lithographic printing ink capable of being washed away with water after printing, therefore capable of ameliorating pollution of the global environment and working environments and excellent in high-speed printability and inking property. <P>SOLUTION: The active energy-curable water-washable lithographic offset printing ink comprises (a) a pigment, (b) a water-soluble or water-dispersible resin, (c) a water-soluble acrylic monomer, and in addition (d) a vegetable oil or a monoester of a fatty acid derived therefrom and has a viscosity of 10-200 Pa s as measured with a cone/plate type rotation viscometer at 25°C and a shear rate of 120 s<SP>-1</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
