PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a film having an uneven shape comprising a crossing groove on its surface, a film manufacturing apparatus and a processing method for forming the crossing groove part of a roll mold for transfer molding with high precision and high efficiency. SOLUTION: Two tools are attached in facing relationship with the same angle as the crossing angle of the crossing groove part, and the crossing groove part of the surface of the roll mold is alternately cut from its one end to its other end using two tools of which the edge leading end parts are attached to the roll mold 4 to be cut so as to be offset with the center axis of the roll mold 4.
