PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle device capable of providing an image of a scene in front of a vehicle and supporting drive in the case of inferior visibility, a drive support system and a drive support method. SOLUTION: When a present vehicle loaded with the in-vehicle device 30 passes through the vicinity of a spot A0 where a road side device 10 is installed, the in-vehicle device 30 acquires display spot information including the image data of front scene images G1, G2 and G3 at respective display spots A1, A2 and A3, the position information or the like of a reference spot A0, and the position information of the respective display spots A1, A2 and A3 from the road side device 10. When the present vehicle continues to travel and passes through the vicinity of the display spot A1, the in-vehicle device 30 starts the display of the front scene image G1. Also, the in-vehicle device 30 starts the display of the front scene image G2 when the present vehicle passes through the vicinity of the display spot A2 and starts the display of the front scene image G3 when the present vehicle passes through the vicinity of the display spot A3.
