A folding lid (10) is attached to a spring introduction opening formed at the peripheral wall (8) of a pot like spring housing (2) to hang the U shaped external end (7) of a roll of spring (5). The internal end of the roll is wound about the center (4) of the housing. The external end is also secured to a spring clamp (11) at another side of the opening, when the lid is closed.
