<p>The present invention relates broadly to a method and system for managing human resources. The core functions of the software-implemented system depend on the data warehouse or central data structure (10). The data warehouse (10) is an individualised categorisation of the behaviours and attributes that each individual requires to be successful in their role, and thereby to enable the organisation as a whole to be successful. The system includes five software applications or modules which are configured to access the centralised employee information of the data warehouse (10). This means that the system or software solution provides an integrated suite of the necessary modules. The integrated suite in its preferred form covers the employee life cycle end to end.</p> |
