METHOD FOR ANTISCATTERING ASBESTOS MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR ENCLOSING ASBESTOS MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for antiscattering asbestos materials where asbestos does not scatter during antiscattering work and where workers can safely work and to provide a method for enclosing the asbestos materials where asbestos does not scatter even when the asbestos materials are broken by natural disasters and the like after working. SOLUTION: The method for antiscattering asbestos materials has a wetting step to coat a wetting agent in which cement of 2-8 pts.vol. is blended to an aqueous polymer dispersion of 100 pts.vol. on the surface of the asbestos materials and a seeping and solidifying step to spray a solidifying agent in which cement of 17-23 pts.vol. is blended to the aqueous polymer dispersion of 100 pts.vol. to the asbestos materials after the wetting step. The method for enclosing the asbestos materials has a surface solidifying step to form a solidified layer on the surface of the asbestos materials by coating mortar blended with the aqueous polymer dispersion on the surface of the asbestos materials after the seeping and solidifying step.
