PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which can maintain the quality of a print medium irrespective of the conveyance speed of the print medium. SOLUTION: The printer part 100 includes a printing head for discharging an ink to a packaging film 1 and a drying heater 40 for blowing a warm air to dry the ink adhered to the packaging film 1 after printing. The drying heater 40 has the first and second opening/closing members 47B, 48B which can change the amount of the warm air blown to the packaging film 1 while being equipped with an encoder 20 for detecting the conveyance speed of the packaging film 1 at the position where the warm air is blown and a control part 64 for controlling the first and second opening and closing members 47B, 48B according to the conveyance speed of the packaging film 1 detected by the encoder 20.
