摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst layer stacking device capable of sequentially stacking a plurality of catalyst layers on a surface of an electrolyte membrane with high production efficiency without causing displacement. <P>SOLUTION: This catalyst layer stacking device 1 is provided with at least an embossed roll 11 which carries an electrolyte membrane EM, and on which at least one projecting transfer part 11a having a surface shape corresponding to the surface shape of the catalyst layer is formed thereon, and transfer rolls each carrying a sheet with a catalyst applied thereto in the circumference direction of the embossed roll 11, and transferring the catalyst to the electrolyte membrane EM by bringing the transfer part 11a into press contact with it.
