<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular front passenger seat airbag and its manufacturing method, capable of smoothly operating an airbag door rotatably operating in a cabin. <P>SOLUTION: This invention has the airbag door rotating outside by an airbag operating for protecting an occupant getting on a front passenger seat of a vehicle, and is characterized in that the airbag door includes a notched groove formed on a lower side surface so as to rupture by deploying pressure of the airbag, an inclined part of inclining both side end parts of the airbag door to the outside, and a variable part changing in the thickness in the width direction on the basis of the lower side center of an airbag door body, and comprises a chute part integrally extended backward on the lower side of the airbag door and forming an installation hole, and a crush pad integrally molded with the airbag door, integrally joined in a surface to the inclined part of the airbag door and having an insertion part for supporting this airbag door when the airbag door rotates in the outside direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
