<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular front passenger seat airbag door, easy in molding, without scattering broken pieces due to rupture in a part which is not an original rupture position in operation. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicular front passenger seat airbag door is composed of a pad deploying part positioned on an airbag deploying area of a crush pad, an airbag door part positioned on a lower side surface of the pad deploying part, and a chute part extended to the lower side from an end part of the airbag door part and continuously arranged with an airbag housing. The pad deploying part is formed with a notched groove positioned on its central lower side surface, a step height part recessed to the upper side on both sides of the notched grove, and a first hinge part positioned in an end part distant from the notched groove in the step height part, recessed to the upper side of the pad deploying part and capable of rotating the pad deploying part outside when operating an airbag. The airbag door part is injectably molded by being integrally joined to the pad deploying part, and a second hinge part is also formed by being integrally joined to the first hinge part, and the chute part is integrally formed with the second hinge part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
