PAPER SHEET CUTTING DEVICE, SHEET HANDLING DEVICE HAVING THIS DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a cutting device in a small and compact shape for cutting a paper sheet bundle placed on a paper placing table along a cutting line X.

SOLUTION: This device cuts paper sheets of a bundle shape along the predetermined cutting line X, and has: the paper placing table 15 supporting the paper sheet bundle P; a press means 22 pressing and holding the paper sheet bundle P to and by a cutting position of the paper placing table 15; a cutting blade holding means 26 moving along the cutting line X to the other end from one end of the paper sheet bundle P on the paper placing table 15; a plurality of cutting blades 25 arranged in the cutting blade holding means 26; and a driving means ML moving the cutting blade holding means 26 along the cutting line X. Edges of the plurality of cutting blades 25 are formed so that the cutting-in depth to the paper sheet bundle P on the paper placing table 15, successively becomes deep when the cutting blade holding means 26 moves along the cutting line X.
