PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay communication system that allows different LAN terminals to share resources with a required party as needed and to operate the resources and has improved expandability and flexibility. SOLUTION: A communication device T is the relay communication system capable of communicating with the communication device T in other LANs via a relay server R in other LANs from a relay server R in the same LAN. The relay server R holds resource information, information on the communication device T sharing the resource, and shared resource information 120 including macro information corresponding to resource operation. The resource operation instructed from the communication device T is relayed to the communication device T in other LANs via the relay server R.
