PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily recognize the retrieval result of information content. SOLUTION: A retrieval request including information necessary for retrieving information content is received from an information processor, and the retrieval of information content is operated according to information included in the received retrieval request. Then, the thumbnail of information content is selected on the basis of the retrieval result, and display information to be displayed in the display means of the information processor is generated and transmitted on the basis of the selected thumbnail.
