<p>The present invention is in the fields of medicine, public health, immuno logy, molecular biologyand virology. The invention provides composition comp rising a virus-like particle (VLP) linked to atleast one antigen, wherein sa id antigen is CCR5 PNt domain comprising one looped peptidic structure. The invention also provides a process for producing the composition. The composi tions ofthis invention are useful in the production of vaccines, in particul ar, for the prevention and treatment of HIV infection. Moreover, the composi tions of the invention induce efficient immune responses, in particular anti body responses.</p> |
