<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress mixing of external noise to electric signal through a signal connection pin. <P>SOLUTION: An electrical connection apparatus is arranged between a wiring board and a probe board, which are in the mutually opposite state, and is used to connect an electric connection terminal set at the lower face of the wiring board with an electric connection terminal set at the upper face of the probe board. In an electrical connection apparatus, an electrical insulating plate has a conductive ground pattern maintained at ground potential in at least one selected from the groups involving the upper face, the lower face and the inner part of the electrical insulating plate. The connection pins arranged at each through hole of the first group are connected with the ground pattern, and the connection pins arranged at each through hole of the second group are electrically separated from the ground pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
