PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device, an organic light emitting display device with the semiconductor device, and a method of manufacturing the semiconductor device.

SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes: a step of providing a substrate; a step of forming a continuous organic semiconductor layer on the substrate; and a step of applying a solvent onto the continuous organic semiconductor layer located in second regions thereby dissolving the organic semiconductor material located in second regions and then removing the organic semiconductor material from the continuous organic semiconductor layer. The method provides a substrate having a patterned structure of an organic semiconductor material which is cost-effective and capable of providing a structure having a high level uniformity of the patterned semiconductor regions.
