<p>Racks (17, 18) having piston parts (17a, 18a) at both ends are so assembled in the cylinder chambers (14, 15) of a housing (10) constituting an actuator body (13) as to be capable of reciprocating. A rotary shaft (24) rotatably installed in the housing (10) is provided with a pinion (25) engaging with the racks (17, 18).An inner ring (32) is assembled in an outer ring (41) fixed to the housing (10). The inner ring (32) is attached to the rotary shaft (24), and rotationally drives a member to be swung. A roller (43) as a rolling element is assembled between the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring (41) and the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring (32). The rotary shaft (24) and the inner ring (32) are rotatably supported on the outer ring (41) through the roller (43).</p> |
