A system and a method for searching travel goods based on natural language processing are provided to offer information comparing the travel goods provided from various kinds of travel agencies to a customer through the Internet by registering the travel goods of the travel agencies based on cooperation between a service provider and the travel agencies. A web robot(110) is an automatic program for periodically or irregularly collects information related to travel goods of cooperated travel agencies(10) and travel information on the Internet. An information collection scheduler(120) manages a travel goods collection cycle and a web document collection schedule of the web robot. An information analyzer(130) analyzes and classifies the collected information into each category. A travel database(140) stores the classified information. A search engine(150) comprises a natural language processing module for automatically indexing/searching the travel information stored in the travel information database. A user profile manager(160) manages an interested field, website, and keyword, which are used as a search term in the search engine, of each customer(30). A customer database(180) which consists of a customer information database(181), a customer input database(182) and a reservation information database(183) stores customer and travel goods reservation information managed by a manager management tool(170).
