PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reserved video recording by appropriately selecting a program to be erased from among recorded programs even in a case a program which is retrieved by a keyword and for which video recording is reserved can not be recorded because of a lack of remaining capacity in a recording device which performs automatic video recording corresponding to an automatic video recording reservation keyword. SOLUTION: When executing automatic video recording in accordance with video recording reservation information, in a case video data of a program for which video recording has been reserved, can not be recorded because of the lack of the remaining capacity of a recording medium, video data of a program having the same keyword as the keyword of a program to be recorded this time are erased from the recording medium among the already recorded video data, so that video data to be erased are appropriately selected, the remaining capacity is secured and reserved video recording can be executed.
