PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot holder for a manhole etc., which is stably set on a concrete wall surface by positively enhancing slipout prevention of a cored bar from the interior of a concrete wall hole and sufficiently filling an adhesive to the cored bar, allows leg portion mounting work with particularly good workability, facilitates molding of a leg portion, and is low in cost. SOLUTION: The foot holder 1 for the manhole etc. is formed of a rung portion 2, side portions 3 located on both sides of the same, and the leg portions 4 inserted into the concrete wall. Herein the cored bar 5 forming the leg portion inserted into the concrete wall, has groups of blades 7 formed on a peripheral surface thereof in multiple stages in an axial direction of the leg portion. Each group of the blades 7 are molded by plastic working, and arranged at equal intervals in a manner radially protruding and having a width in a cored bar axial direction.
