PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure on/off operation of a switch in a game operation lever device. SOLUTION: When a lever 3 is retained in a neutral position by the elasticity of a neutral retention spring 7, a switch operation body 10 linearly moves from the back to the front by the resiliency of the neutral retention spring 7 to prevent the interruption of a light R of a switch 12, the switch 12 is fallen in a state of non-detecting the switch operation body 10, in that state, when a player swings the lever 3 in a radial direction around a bearing consisting of a fixed bearing 4 and a movable bearing 5 against the resiliency of the neutral retention spring 7, the switch operation body 10 is linearly moved from the front to the back against the resiliency of the neutral retention spring 7, and the switch operation body 10 interrupts the light R heading from a light emission part to a light receiving part of the switch 12, so that the switch 12 is changed into a state of detecting the switch operation body 10.
