PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device to which a temperature regulation function can be imparted while securing thermal insulation properties, and in which a lens can be aligned precisely with the center of optical axis while suppressing increase in parts count. SOLUTION: A laser element 201 is placed on a base plate 206 through an insulating heat transfer plate 202 and a Peltier element 204 arranged sequentially. The laser element 201, the insulating heat transfer plate 202 and the Peltier element 204 are secured on the base plate 206 to be clamped by the housing 205 from above, and the housing 205 is composed of a resin material having a coefficient of thermal expansion substantially identical to that of the base plate 206.
