PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorbefacient promoting percutaneous absorption of a hydroxypyridone-based compound and having dandruff inhibitory and pruritus inhibitory effects. SOLUTION: The percutaneous absorbefacient comprises (A) the hydroxypyridone-based compound, (B) an extract derived from soybeans, (C) a polyglycerol fatty acid ester having≥12 HLB and (D) a cationic polymer.
