A memo holder is provided to be easily attached on or separated from a mirror or glasses of a vehicle by using a suction unit and installed on the other places by using a double-sided tape. A memo holder is composed of: a holder body for slidably inserting a memo into a gap between first and second support units supported at predetermined elastic power; a wire connected to the lower part of the holder body; a spherical fixing tool connected to the lower end of the wire; a fixing plate having a socket pivot-combined with the fixing tool so that the fixing tool turns longitudinally and horizontally; and an attaching unit for attaching the fixing plate on the specific installation position.
