PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member reproducing system for cleaning and reproducing an external surface of a fusing member of a toner image producing machine. SOLUTION: The fixing member reproducing system includes: (a) a cleaning cartridge 210 including a movable cleaning material movable at a first speed for contacting the fixing member to remove residual toner and dirt from the external surface of the fixing member; (b) a first articulating device connected to the cleaning cartridge for selectively moving the cleaning cartridge into and out of contact with the external surface of the fixing member; (c) a scouring cartridge 220 including a movable scouring material movable at a second speed for contacting and scouring the external surface of the fixing member; and (d) a second articulating device connected to the scouring cartridge for selectively moving the scouring cartridge into and out of contact with the external surface of the fixing member.
