PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for preparing a tool corresponding to the size of a workpiece, and to make the manufacturing of a device inexpensive. SOLUTION: The workpiece peeling device H comprises a base 5 holding a workpiece adhesive tape 4 through the workpiece 3 adhered from an adhesive surface side, a scraper 1 supported on the base 5 so as to slide while retaining the workpiece adhesive tape 4 from a non-adhesive surface side to the adhesive surface side, a scraper 2 supported on the base 5 so as to move on the same line as the scraper 1, and a scraper fixing tool 7 allowing the adhesive tape to pass and preventing the passing of the workpiece 3 when the scraper 1 and the scraper 2 are moved while the adhesive tape is made to pass between the scraper 2 and the scraper 1 and pulled, and forming and keeping a peeling clearance K capable of peeling the workpiece 3 from the workpiece adhesive tape 4.
