The device has rubber rings (11) e.g. O-rings, and a clamping ring (10) stepped into a clamping core (20), which is partially arranged in a tubing section of a base plate (1) and is axially movable, so that outside diameter of the rubber rings increases by moving the clamping core into the base plate. The base plate has a bar projection (2) with a winding, where the bar projection and the base plate are arranged in an angle to each other. The gripping body is made of wood, plastic, aluminum, steel or high-grade steel, and the rubber rings are made of rubber or flexible plastic.
