<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hydrogen separation film-electrolyte membrane assembly and a manufacturing method of a fuel cell capable of restraining degradation of power generating performance. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the hydrogen separation film-electrolyte membrane assembly (100) comprises a process of polishing one of the faces of a hydrogen separation film (10) with hydrogen permeability with an abrasive (20), and a process of depositing an electrolyte membrane (30) with proton conductivity on the polished face of the hydrogen separation film (10), and the abrasive (20) is made of a matter having hydrogen permeability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
