PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable operation of a card by using various control methods even when supplied electric energy is small in a non-contact IC card, for example. SOLUTION: The information display system has a display means capable of continuing data display even when a power source is cut off, wherein the display means receives power supply without contact from the outside and performs a display by using the power and a display device is provided with a display function control means which restricts a display function of the display means corresponding to a power quantity from the outside.
