PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance working efficiency by facilitating connection work of one member and the other member which are relatively rotatably connected. SOLUTION: The construction of the connection part for relatively freely rotationally and movably connecting two members 2, 11 is equipped with a moving member 25 which is disposed in the connecting part 3 of either one member 2 and is movable in the axial direction of either one member 2, an energizing member 20 which is disposed between the moving member 25, and either of the other member 2, energizes the moving member 25 in the axial direction of either of the other member 2, holds the moving member 25 in the state of abutting on the connecting part 12 of either of the other member 11, imparts the minute power in the prescribed intra-range direction of either of the other member 11, and a stopper member 35 which is disposed freely attachably and detachabely to the connection part 3 of either of the another member 2 and fixes the moving member 25 to the position isolated from either of the other member 11.
