PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cooling structure of a screw type supercharger improving cooling efficiency by reducing a pressure loss of cooling water in a cooling water passage, and to eliminate deviation of a flow to perform uniform cooling. SOLUTION: The cooling structure of a screw type supercharger has a motor 12 for driving the screw type supercharger 1 to cool the screw type supercharger 1 and the motor 12. In the cooling structure, a motor-side spiral cooling water passage 24 is disposed to an outer periphery of the motor 12, the motor-side cooling water passage 24 is connected with a supercharger-side cooling water passage 11 of the screw type supercharger 1, and the cooling water flowing through the motor-side cooling water passage 24 is supplied to the supercharger-side cooling water passage 11.
