The device has a saddle piece (3) arranged by adjusting outer diameters of a sewage pressure pipeline (1), where the saddle piece is filled with water. The saddle piece is provided on a pipe upper side and held by a clamping strap and provided with a rubber profile. A flange is attached to the piece on an opposite side of the outer diameters of the pipeline for retaining a drilling machine. The saddle piece is provided with ports and a gate valve for filing, emptying and controlling the water supply and for measuring of gas concentration. The piece is made of solid steel material.
