<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing global warming since the temperature of the earth's atmosphere rises and the climate becomes abnormal due to the increase of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. <P>SOLUTION: Carbon dioxide in the air is separated, cooled under pressure, liquefied and solidified to obtain dry ice.
