<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen ink made from an edible material, especially an ink capable of giving a print on food by pressure-sensitive transfer and to provide a pressure-sensitive transfer sheet using the same. <P>SOLUTION: What are disclosed are a screen ink prepared by emulsifying under agitation at 50-70°C 60-90 pts.wt. molten dispersion prepared by dispersing a colored edible pigment and a white edible pigment in a thermally meltable composition comprising a polyglycerol fatty acid ester, a hydrogenated vegetable oil, and an edible wax in 10-40 pts.wt. water; the above screen ink wherein the polyglycerol fatty acid ester is tri(caprylic/capric acid) glycerol; and a pressure transfer sheet prepared by screen-printing a 50-90 μm-thick substrate with either of the above inks in a dry film thickness of 5-20 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
