<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting-device whose light distribution can be electrically controlled and a light distribution control method. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor light-emitting-device includes a package having a recess, a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting-devices located in the recess, a first combination composed of any semiconductor light-emitting-elements which are two or more among a plurality of the semiconductor light-emitting-elements, a second combination composed of the other semiconductor light-emitting-elements which are two or more among a plurality of the semiconductor light-emitting-elements, and a plurality of electrodes which can independently supply an electric current for them respectively.
