PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a stirring mechanism arranged in close contact with a container and a sonic wave producing means when used and capable of separating the container and the sonic wave producing means if necessary, and to provide an autoanalyzer. SOLUTION: The container with the stirring mechanism used in the autoanalyzer for analyzing the physiological sample held at every container and the autoanalyzer are disclosed. The container with the stirring mechanism includes a container main body 7 having a first opening 7b, a second opening 7a and a liquid holding part 7c which connects the first and second openings and holding a liquid L containing a physiological sample, the surface elastic wave element 8 arranged in contact with the first opening to be brought into contact with the liquid held to the liquid holding part and emitting a liquid stirring sonic wave and a cuvet wheel 6 for energizing the surface elastic wave element to a container main body when the liquid holding part holds the liquid.
