PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein negative pressure is generated in a pipe passage, thereby causing fracture of each drain facility in sealing water and it was difficult to prevent generation of negative pressure inexpensively when joining drainage from a toilet on an indoor side conventionally. SOLUTION: When drainage from each drain facility in a building is collected into a water collecting header 1 through a plurality of branch pipes and is drained into an outdoor drainage basin 5 from the water collecting header 1 through a main drain pipe 4 below a floor in the building, head is provided between an upstream side main drain pipe 4a connected with the water collecting header 1 and a downstream side main drain pipe 4b connected with the outdoor drainage basin 5, a flow passage inclined at 45 degrees through a 45°Y-bend 3 and head are formed or two 45°elbow joints are connected on the upstream side of the 45°Y-bend and are tilted at 45 degrees up and down to form the flow passage and head, a pipe for drainage from the toilet is connected with any connection part of the 45°Y-bend 3 on an indoor side of a foundation A of the building, and the downstream side main drain pipe 4b passes through the foundation A of the building and reaches the outdoor drainage basin 5.
