PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spare tire hanger of a vehicle capable of holding a spare tire even if the spare tire is mounted on a spare tire hanger in a position different from a regular position by moving the spare tire to the regular position. SOLUTION: This spare tire hanger of a vehicle comprises a support part 35 provided in a front end so as to be turnably supported by a fitting bracket provided in a vehicle body, a lock part 41 provided in a rear end and possible to be locked with a hook provided in the vehicle body, a first pushing part 45 and a second pushing part 47 having elasticity to push corner parts of a peripheral lower end of the mounted spare tire, and a holding part 49 holding the spare tire peripheral surface on an opposite side to the first pushing part 45 and the second pushing part 47 in relation to the center of the spare tire. When the spare tire is mounted and fastened on the rear end thereof by locking with a hook of the vehicle body, the corner parts of the peripheral lower end of the spare tire are pushed by the pushing parts 45 and 47, and the spare tire is thereby moved to the regular position for arrangement.
