PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium supply system improving durability and lowering the power consumption/running cost/noise of devices by controlling a horizontal conveyance device and a polishing/lifting device to an operation stop state when there is no supply request from a game machine or a game medium dispenser. SOLUTION: This game medium supply system 100 is provided with a plurality of game machines 2 and game medium dispensers 3, the horizontal conveyance device 4, and an upper storage tank 5, a storage/conveyance device 6 of residual game media, the polishing/lifting device 7, and a control means 8 for game media supply; and is characterized in that the control means 8 is disposed with a supply request detector 81 at least in one game medium take-in side of the game machine 2 or the game medium dispenser 3, and the horizontal conveyance device 4 and the polishing/lifting device 7 are operated by a supply request signal from the supply request detector 81.
