<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe capable of reducing the size and weight of a power generating part, and to provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus including the ultrasonic probe. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe includes: an ultrasonic vibrator unit 31 having a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators arrayed in a first direction; a support mechanism 32 for supporting the ultrasonic vibrator unit 31 in a second direction different from the first direction, so as to be substantially linearly movable; and the power generating part 33 for generating power for moving the ultrasonic vibrator unit 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
