PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate a stopper by 360 degrees or more and to stop it by making the counterpart engaging with the stopper provided in a rotating or fixed member a movable stopper. SOLUTION: This rotation stopper structure has: the stopper 30 provided in the fixed member 17 or the rotating member 20; and the movable stopper 33 provided in the fixed member 17 or the rotating member 20, engaging with the stopper 30. The movable stopper 33 comprises: a circular arc-shaped plate-like main body 34 having stopper protrusions 31, 32 engaging with the stopper 33; and a circular arc-shaped hole 35.
