PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen residue rake-up device of an effluent conduit, which can prevent the inflow of screen residues by a simple structure in the inflow port of the effluent conduit composed of a vertical hole. SOLUTION: This screen residue rake-up device 1 comprises a horizontal-type bar screen 2 which is erected in such a manner as to surround the entire perimeter of the inflow port H of the effluent conduit composed of the vertical hole and the side surfaces of which serve as screen surfaces S1-S4, and a rake 3 which is arranged in the inside space of the bar screen 2 so as to rake up the screen residues captured by the bar screen 2.
