摘要

An optical film includes a multilayer structure base material film, which has a layer (a) composed of a resin material (a) having a flexural modulus of 3GPa-4GPa, and a layer (b) composed of a resin material (b) having a flexural modulus smaller than that of the resin material (a), and has at last one outer surface roughened by embossing and blast processing. The optical film also includes a function layer, such as a hard coat layer or a reflection preventing layer, which is laminated on the roughened surface of the base material film. The optical film is used as a protection film for liquid crystal display elements such as a polarization plate.
