A survey pan of mine rake conveyor consists of rolled or cast sidewalls of pan welded between them by upper and lower sheets. The upper bottom of pan is made from two parts in the form of sheets, between which in the middle of pan an opening of survey window is formed, which is closed by a flat cover-damper, from one end to which two cylindrical bushings with cuts along the axes are welded. From below the sheet of cover-damper two longitudinal flats are made at the angle of 45°, by which the cover-damper rests on the same transverse flats made on each part of the upper pan, from the side of opening of survey window. The vertical shift of the cover-damper of survey window is fastened by slot in the opposite sidewall of pan, in which the cover-damper penetrates. |
