<p>A spindle of a gas control valve installed at a portable gas burner and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to save the manufacturing cost of a spindle by removing a post process. A spindle comprises a controller(120) for adjusting the amount of gas and a connection section(140). The controller is in contact with a packing and is made of plastic. The connection section is coupled with the controller to transfer torque of a lever to the controller. The controller has a hollow section(121) corresponding to a gas supply hole of the packing such that gas supplied through the gas supply hole is received in the hollow section. The controller has a discharge hole(123) at the sidewall thereof to discharge the gas received in the hollow section. The plastic includes PVC nylon. The connection section has a protruding section(142) at the front end portion such that the connection section is coupled with the controller.</p> |
