A drowsiness prevention head ear set and a safe driving control device using the same are provided to emit alarm and a control signal for driving speed, lamp, horn of a vehicle by sensing drowsiness of a driver. A drowsiness prevention head ear set comprises: an AVD(Angular Velocity Detector) outputting an angular velocity value corresponding to variation of moving angle of a user head per a unit time, a voice processing unit(32) that converts a voice signal from a mike(34) into a voice data, or converts a voice data into a voice signal and then outputting the data or signal to a speaker(36), and a BlueTooth module transmitting data received/transmitted through a slot linked to an adjacent BlueTooth(30), where the BlueTooth module provides a warning voice data to the voice processing unit when the angular velocity value outputted from the angular velocity detector exceeds a predetermined value.
