A sendust sintered cores containing a roll grinded chip, and a fabrication method thereof are provided to secure magnetic features of the sintered cores even if the roll grinded chip is used as a raw material of the sendust, to prevent an environmental pollution and to reduce the sendust sintered core manufacturing cost by recycling the wasted roll grinded chip. A sendust sintered cores contains sendust of Fe-(9-10 weight%) of Si-(5-6 weight%) of Al, and to 10 weight part of the roll grinded chip of an iron mill to 100 weight part of the sendust. The roll grinded chip includes Cr:1-4 weight%, C:0.5-1 weight%, and the remainder Fe and inevitable impurities.
