摘要 A method for surface treatment of metal particles using a thiol compound with self-assembling characteristics is provided to uniformly disperse the metal particles into a polymer resin solution without agglomeration, and a steel sheet coated with the polymer resin solution containing the surface treated metal particles is provided to obtain excellent electrical surface conductivity. A method for surface treatment of metal particles comprises the steps of: dispersing nano-sized metal particles(1) into ethanol; and adding a thiol compound having self-assembling characteristics into the metal particle-dispersed ethanol solution. The metal particles are copper particles(1). The thiol compound is at least one selected from the group consisting of mercaptoethanol, mercaptoundecanol, mercaptoundecanoic acid, octadecane thiol, and mixtures thereof. The dispersing step is performed by using ultrasonic waves. The thiol compound is added in the amount of 0.5 to 15 ml at a concentration of 0.01 mole per 1 g of the metal particles. A preparing method of a polymer resin solution with excellent electrical conductivity comprises the steps of: adding 0.5 to 20 weight parts of the metal particles into 100 weight parts of a water-based polymer resin solution; and agitating the mixture to uniformly disperse the metal particles into the water-based polymer resin solution. A steel sheet with excellent electrical surface conductivity is manufactured by coating a steel sheet with the prepared polymer resin solution.
